Roscoe Moss Company has manufactured screens for the water industry since 1926. Roscoe Moss Company Industrial Screens are manufactured to meet the needs of petrochemical processors, pulp and paper manufacturers, food processors, water treatment facilities, and the mining industry. These devices are provided to original equipment manufacturers and also offered as after-market replacements to industrial users.

Roscoe Moss Company Industrial Screens are manufactured by wrapping shaped wire around an internal array of support rods. Screens produced using such materials are noted for their high percentage open area, close dimensional tolerances, and resistance to clogging. Electrical resistance underwater welding joins the wire to the rod.

These screens may be ordered in various cylindrical forms or fabricated into flat or curved panels. End uses for these screens include applications as collector laterals, catalyst baskets, distribution screen, water intake devices, strainers, nozzles and fish diverters. Flat and curved screens serve as media support beds, static filtration units, and sieves.

Slot sizes as small as 0.006" can be produced; nominal slot control is + 0.001".
