The agricultural industry has come to appreciate the benefits offered by Roscoe Moss Company's casing and screen when used in traditionally constructed water wells. This industry has also relied on Roscoe Moss Company's innovation to provide solutions to specific problems associated with the Agriculture Industrydevelopment of ground water resources.

Water well users in many regions of the world are experiencing increased problems with cascading water.

This situation occurs as a result of declining water tables Casing Illustration where upper aquifers are separated from lower producing zones by impervious or semi-impervious strata. Water enters the well through higher perforations carrying air as it falls to the pumping level. No turbine pump bowl assembly can efficiently pump water which contains entrained air.

Casing Path Wells which rely on a novel concept utilizing Roscoe Moss Company's casing and screen have been in use since 1978. By eliminating cascading water inside the well, this design offers our customers an answer to the problems of perched water.
